Photos from the Conejo Valley Art Museum Artwalk

I just had a terrific show in Thousand Oaks, California!

The 2008 Conejo Valley Art Museum Artwalk, held June 7-8, was filled with a broad array of high end art, fine crafts, tasteful live music, and a wide variety of tasty food options. Tables and chairs, shaded with umbrellas, were scattered throughout the site allowing patrons to rest their feet wherever they chose.

There were some 170 artists showing their work at the festival. Including, of course, me! There’s my booth, above, the second from the left.

I was lucky enough to be awarded a ribbon for second place in my category, “oils & acrylics”.
This is the first time I’ve ever been awarded a ribbon for my art! Well, since high school, anyway.
If you can get to Thousand Oaks next June, I highly recommend this as one of southern California’s premier art festivals. And I’m not just saying that because I got a ribbon! This is a visually stunning show. I was honored to be there.
You can see my upcoming shows here.
